Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Blue Wave Tattoo

At Blue Wave Tattoo, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom body art in a clean, professional, and safe environment. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on tattoos, deposits, or completed services.


Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits are required to reserve your appointment time and go toward the final cost of your tattoo.

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Tattoo Work

  • Once a tattoo has been applied, no refunds will be issued.

  • If you have concerns during the healing process, contact us within 30 days to discuss a possible touch-up.

  • Touch-ups are at the artist’s discretion and may incur a fee if:
    • Aftercare instructions were not followed
    • The tattoo is older than 60 days
    • The tattoo is in a high-wear area (fingers, hands, feet, etc.)
     

Gift Cards & Merchandise

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Studio Discretion

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including disrespectful behavior, intoxication, or hygiene concerns. In such cases, deposits will be forfeited.
