Terms and Conditions – Blue Wave Tattoo

Welcome to Blue Wave Tattoo. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or visiting our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Services Provided
Blue Wave Tattoo offers professional tattoo services by licensed artists. All procedures are performed in a clean, controlled environment following Florida health and safety regulations.
 

2. Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of appointment. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances.
 

3. Deposits and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.

• Deposits are applied to the final cost of your tattoo.

• Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.

• Final payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards.
   

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit. Rescheduled appointments must be made within 30 days to retain your deposit.
 

5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on tattoos, deposits, or completed services. See our Refund Policy page for more details.
 

6. Health and Safety Disclosures
Clients must complete a consent form prior to their appointment. It is your responsibility to disclose any health conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medications that could affect the procedure or healing process.
 

7. Right to Refuse Service
Blue Wave Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, abusive behavior, or medical conditions that pose a risk to the client or artist.
 

8. Touch-Ups
Touch-ups are offered at the artist’s discretion and may incur a fee depending on placement, healing results, or aftercare compliance. High-wear areas (hands, feet, fingers) may require additional sessions and are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property
All artwork created by our artists is the intellectual property of Blue Wave Tattoo and its respective artists. Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

10. Website Use and Content
All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Blue Wave Tattoo. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Privacy
We respect your privacy and take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon publication.
